Garden ships items only to addresses within Tamilnadu. Please make sure that the Shipment Address and the Billing address are within Tamilnadu.
2.Shipping and Handling
We provide free shipping for deliveries within Tamilnadu,
JK Nursery Garden uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
JK Nursery Garden chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, you can visit to pick up your package at the carrier’s local facility.There is no door delivery available. Incase if you need door delivery you have to contact our office contact number (9894256188) either by a phone call or by whatsapp.
If you’d like to pick up your package in person, from the carrier’s local facility, you’ll need an ID (driver’s license, passport or Voter ID that matches the package name and address), because the carrier can release the package only to the person included on the shipping address.
We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.
You can ship items to single address only, and choose only one addresses per order.
Your order will typically arrive within 1-3 working days, depending on the destination, following the date of despatch set out in the Order Confirmation. This is an estimate only and should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery date.
3.Notification
Once your order is placed, JK Nursery Garden provides information on your order by email.
Order Acknowledgement Email:
The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order.

Shipment Notification Email:
We’ll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our Garden. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name & tracking number.
4.Help and Support

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, please call or whatsapp 9894256188 , 8838718767, 9488554532 immediately. Our staffs will do the needful & follow up.
