Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. What are the conditions for initiating a return?
Products once purchased cannot be returned. On rarest occasion, only if JK Garden feels so and approves return, the products must be in the actual condition you received it with the package not at all opened, with all its original packaging and accessories.

2. How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order, till the item is shipped
In order to cancel an order:
Identify the item you want to cancel and indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and send in mail to jknurseryfarm@gmail.com. Also send a cancellation message in whatsapp to 9894256188
Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

3. Why do I see a disabled ‘Cancel’ link?
A disabled ‘Cancel’ link can mean the following things:
– The item is being shipped.
– The item is non-refundable.

4. How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.
It may take up to 7-10 business days for the deposit of refunded money into your bank account. Please get in touch with the customer support directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by JK Garden.

5. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
Bank Account – In this case, the money will be refunded back to your bank account.
Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, JK Garden will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund.
